Technip Graduate Training Scheme
Graduate Trainees who join Technip have enormous scope to ‘get stuck in’. The training scheme expects Graduates to play a meaningful part in our project delivery whether from an engineering or commercial perspective.

During the two year scheme Graduates work within a variety of departments throughout the business in Aberdeen. Importantly, Graduates will see the development of projects from their inception at tendering stage to execution. This, where possible, includes the opportunity to spend time offshore and there are a number of more specialised placements along the way including working within Quality, Health, Safety and Environment and Planning Departments and within our Offshore Operations Division.

We offer a comprehensive programme of training which is accredited by the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMECHE) and our Mechanical Engineering Graduates work with IMECHE to achieve chartered status. Graduates receive regular feedback on their progress and salary reviews to reflect increasing knowledge, skills and professionalism.

Technip is committed to playing an active part in the local community and through our school and community partnerships there are many opportunities for graduates to get involved in different types of projects.

There is also a varied programme of exciting social and sporting events arranged within the Company.
