Energy Cranes

Energy Cranes is the world’s leading offshore crane and lifting services contractor supporting the oil and gas industry. With 30 years experience in offshore crane management and engineering through its Sparrows Offshore arm, augmented by 25 years experience in pedestal crane manufacture and maintenance through its American Aero and Titan Cranes brands, Energy Cranes is uniquely equipped to deliver global lifting solutions.

Sparrows Offshore is the world’s first true integrated offshore lifting and mechanical handling contractor, encompassing services from lifting study through crane procurement and installation, whole life operation and maintenance, specialist lifting services, training, rigging equipment and crew management.

Energy Cranes recently acquired Aberdeen Hydraulic Services Limited which has been merged with the hydraulics division of Sparrows Offshore, to form a new and larger specialist hydraulics engineering business, Aberdeen Hydraulics.

Aberdeen Hydraulics will provide design, manufacture, supply and refurbishment services for hydraulics systems, motors, pumps and valves.

With over 1,200 people employed at 16 service bases spanning 6 continents, you can be confident that – wherever you are or wherever you go in the energy world - Energy Cranes are never far away.
